Berrycado Smoothie

Want to start your day with a quick and easy, delicious, healthy smoothie that will keep you full until lunchtime? This simple recipe takes less than 5 minutes to create and is packed full of nutrients. Each serving contains 25grams of protein plus a healthy dose of calcium, iron, omega 3 essential fatty acid, magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamins B12, B1, B2, B3, B6 and folate, phosphorus, potassium and selenium. What's more, it's bloody tasty! Don't limit this deliciousness just for breakfast, why not enjoy as a summer lunch or dinner, if you don't want to cook!


Ingredients

  • 250 ml Plain Coconut Milk (unsweetened)

  • 1/2 Zucchini (chopped, fresh or frozen)

  • 1 handful Frozen Cauliflower

  • 93 grams Frozen Berries

  • 1/4 Avocado

  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • 24 grams Vanilla Protein Powder

Method

  1. (Optional Step) Put the chia seeds and coconut milk in a mixing jug, stir well and leave to soak in the fridge overnight.

  2. Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
