We do not disclose your health history, treatment records, or purchases of products and / or services overseas.

Our electronic newsletter and other email communications are hosted on server infrastructure in the United States. This includes:

• Google Apps for Business

When you visit our website, we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.

As is common practise for companies, we use cookies on our website. Cookies are very small files which a website uses to identify you when you come back to the site and to store details about your use of the site. Cookies do not access or damage your computer. We use cookies to improve the experience of people using our website.

Our site has links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for these sites or the consequences of you visiting those sites.

Identity and credit card information is not collected via the website. If we have your credit card information then it is because you gave it to us. We will not share your credit card information with anyone other than our partners and merchant account providers as needed to process your credit card. This effectively prevents anyone from intercepting and reading your personal information. Note that encryption does not take place if you send us an email, but only when you use your web browser.
